Real-Time Precision Parametric Monitoring & Asset Tracking

The aPm EDGE nano is a low-cost, disposable, stamp-sized (60mm x 35mm x 1.5mm) ambient parametric monitor, available in two models: the nano "passive" and the nano "active"

Both models provide a comprehensive view of environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity, and can be attached to almost any item or product.

nano "passive'

The nano "passive" model uses Bluetooth connectivity to send environmental data via BLE packets to nearby aPm EDGE gateways.

These gateways process the data using the onboard neural decision processor (NDP) to offer deep insights into the environmental conditions and their potential effects on the items being monitored.

In cases where there is no gateway nearby, the nano "passive" can store up to 6 weeks of environmental data, which will be transmitted once a gateway comes within range (up to 50 meters).

nano "active"

The nano "active" model incorporates an advanced cellular  modem, enabling real-time connectivity even in remote areas without a nearby aPm EDGE  gateway. This ensures that environmental data is continuously transmitted using cellular or satellite networks, providing real-time insights and asset tracking regardless of location.

Both models can leverage Apple, Google, and Samsung’s "Find My,,,,,,,,"  networks, allowing for enhanced asset tracking by tapping into the vast network of smartphones and devices to locate the Nano units in real time, improving overall traceability and visibility across supply chains.

Printed Battery

The printed battery on the "Nano" is created using advanced printing technology that layers thin films of battery materials onto flexible substrates.

This innovative manufacturing process allows the battery to be exceptionally lightweight, compact, and cost-effective.

One of the primary advantages of the printed battery is its disposability and ease of integration into various applications due to its minimal form factor.

Despite its small size, the printed battery provides sufficient power to operate the "Nano" for up to 14 days, making it ideal for short-term monitoring tasks where replacing or recharging batteries is impractical

Long-Life Battery

The rechargeable NGK EnerCera battery used in the APM Edge "Nano" is made using a ceramic-based technology that combines high energy density with ultra-thin, flexible form factors.

This advanced manufacturing process involves layering ceramic materials to create a battery that is not only compact but also highly durable and capable of withstanding various environmental conditions.

The key advantages of the EnerCera battery include its long life of up to 6 weeks per charge, high rechargeability, and ability to maintain stable performance over numerous charge cycles.

This makes it ideal for the "Nano," ensuring reliable, long-term monitoring of environmental conditions
