WORKFLOW

Placement of aPm EDGE:

       

 

  • The aPm EDGE device is placed inside the refrigerated unit, ready to monitor and collect environmental data.

Item Level Reporting

  • Individual orders within the refrigerated unit are optionally labeled with aPm EDGE "nano" sensors to provide item-level reporting, enhancing the granularity of data collection.

Data Collection and Transmission:

  • The aPm EDGE collects various environmental data points, such as temperature, humidity, and other critical parameters from inside the refrigerated unit

  • Utilizing the Neural Decision Processor (NDP) on the aPm EDGE, the collected data is pre-processed and analyzed in real-time, allowing for immediate detection of anomalies or deviations from predefined conditions.

  • This data is then transmitted in real-time using the NB-IOT / LTE-M cellular network to the aPm EDGE Visualization Cloud Service.
